A beautiful medium weight ivory sateen lining, we use it in all the curtains that we make, as you can see in the pictures above!
 
Many ready made shop bought curtains are mass produced and use a much cheaper quality and much thinner lining, sometimes a thin polyester.
 
You can tell the difference in weight and durability as soon as you feel our lining!
 
It can be used for many other projects such as displays and covers, there are cheaper linings available, we prefer to use a better quality one which our customers prefer.
 
Although a good quality lining, you may still get some light through your curtains on a bright sunny day so we also recommend choosing a cream supersoft blackout lining as an option if you need to keep the light totally out of your room; it benefits from thermal and energy saving properties and is just £7.99 per metre.
 
60% polyester/40% cotton.
 
Width is 140cms/54inches. Machine washable at 30 degrees* .
