Our fabrics are mainly clearance lines, discontinued colours and patterns and not seconds.
They look just as good as designer branded fabrics at a fraction of the cost!
Many of our fabrics have previously been sold in designer shops at up to £70 per metre!
Most are sold on our stall at less than the original wholesale prices!
Fabric widths are usually between 140cms/54 inches and 150cms/60 inches wide.
Please make sure that you have allowed for hems and any pattern repeats if required.
Sometimes the pattern falls perfectly on the height or hardly any repeat is needed.
We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing on our furnishing fabrics unless stated otherwise.
Some natural fibres may shrink up to 5% on the first wash, please allow for this or wash before use.
We would recommend a delicates wash up to 30 degrees on most fabrics.
